Last updated: June 1, 2026

Fwresh Salon & Barbershop ("Fwresh," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit fwreshbarbershop.com, book an appointment, call our AI receptionist, or receive text messages from us.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to deliver our services:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Appointment & booking information — service selected, stylist or barber, date and time, location (in-shop or mobile address), notes you provide, and booking history.
  • SMS & call data — phone numbers, opt-in records, message content, delivery status, and call metadata (time, duration, caller ID) used to operate appointment confirmations, reminders, support, and AI receptionist bookings.
  • AI receptionist interactions — call recordings, transcripts, and structured booking details captured by our automated phone assistant so we can complete or follow up on your request.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your login credentials and profile data.
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected automatically.

2. Phone Numbers & SMS Consent

When you provide your mobile phone number through our website, AI receptionist, or in person, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Fwresh Salon & Barbershop related to your appointments and account.

  • Types of messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, customer support replies, and one-time verification codes.
  • Message frequency — varies based on your bookings and interactions.
  • Carrier charges — message and data rates may apply. Fwresh is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
  • Opt-out — reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • No marketing without consent — we do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you separately opt in.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are collected and used solely for our communications with you. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

3. AI Receptionist Interactions

Calls to our published phone line may be answered by an automated AI receptionist. When you interact with the AI:

  • Your call may be recorded and transcribed for service quality, booking accuracy, training, and dispute resolution.
  • Booking details you share (name, phone, requested service, preferred time) are written to our secure booking system to create or update your appointment.
  • You may request to be transferred to a human team member at any time.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule, confirm, remind, modify, and cancel appointments.
  • To send transactional SMS and email notifications you have consented to.
  • To process payments, deposits, and travel fees.
